The answer you seek is at the bottom of the bottle.
Wise indeed. And so to help you find that bottle and get you on your path to enlightenment here are some tips:
- Use the plus and minus signs on the category list to find the type of product you want. then click the name of the category to go there.
- Use the "Fast Find" to locate a specific product if you already know the name.
- Use the "Search" box in the Shop to find all products with the keywords your looking for (i.e. "organic").
- Call us. Really. We are good at this stuff.
Will my gift say it’s from Beverly Hills?
All orders are shipped using our retail store address and are labeled with our "Robert Burns of Beverly Hills" custom label. Also, as a business that services celebrity clientele, we often recieve special gift or delivery instructions. If you would like to arrange special handling for your purchase simply give us a call and we will help you complete your order by phone.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Robert Burns accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. If you wish to pick up your order at our retail location additional payment options are available.
Ordering is simple. All you have to do is go to your desired product and click "add product to cart". Doing this will add that item to your shopping cart. From there, you can either continue shopping or "proceed to checkout". Once you have chosen all the products that you wish to purchase, just click on the "check out" button. Then all you have to do is either (if you are an existing user) enter your username and password or create an account.
What if I cannot find a product?
At Robert Burns Wines we are committed to providing the latest brands as well as sourcing those hard to find liquors and wines. If you don't see your product on our site, please drop us an email or call to find out how we can get you exactly what you're looking for.
